1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "phnjoy," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform operating at phnjoy.cam and associated domains, licensed and regulated by PAGCOR to provide online gambling services to eligible players in the Philippines.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for an account with phnjoy, deposits funds, or uses any service provided by the platform.

• You are under the age of 21 years;

• You are registering on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account credentials;
• You have previously been banned, suspended, or self-excluded from phnjoy or any other PAGCOR-licensed gambling platform;
• You are an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of phnjoy, PAGCOR, or any game provider whose products are offered on the phnjoy platform.

phnjoy employs automated and manual fraud detection systems to identify and prevent prohibited registrations. Any account found to be in violation of these eligibility requirements will be immediately suspended, and any funds held in the account may be forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable law.

3 Account Obligations and Restrictions

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phnjoy account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

4 Deposits and Account Funding

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phnjoy accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), GrabPay, bank transfer via InstaPay and PesoNet, online banking from BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, over-the-counter deposits at 7-Eleven CLiQQ kiosks, and Visa or Mastercard credit and debit cards issued by Philippine banks. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location, account verification status, and payment provider availability.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in the return of deposited funds and closure of your account.

5 Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

phnjoy endeavours to process all withdrawal requests within one to two (1-2) hours from the time of request for GCash withdrawals, subject to account verification and compliance requirements. Withdrawals to bank accounts via InstaPay or PesoNet typically settle within two to four (2-4) hours during regular Philippine banking hours. 5.2 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal from your phnjoy account, you must:

5.4 Verification of Large Withdrawals

phnjoy reserves the right to conduct additional verification procedures for withdrawal requests exceeding Fifty Thousand Philippine Pesos (PHP 50,000.00), including but not limited to requesting proof of identity documents, live video verification, or source of funds documentation. Such requests are made in accordance with PAGCOR's regulatory requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering obligations.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Terms

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits made available by phnjoy are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus amounts credited to your phnjoy account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. 6.4 Expiry of Bonuses

Bonus funds and free spin rewards that are not used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotional terms will expire and be automatically removed from your phnjoy account balance without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated or reissued.

7 Game Rules and Betting Conduct

7.1 Game Fairness and RTP

8 Payment Processing and Fees

phnjoy does not charge players a fee for standard GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfer deposits and withdrawals. However, your payment service provider — including GCash, Maya, your bank, or card issuer — may apply its own transaction, currency conversion, or service fees. phnjoy is not responsible for any fees imposed by third-party payment providers and cannot waive or reimburse such charges.

8.2 Currency

All accounts on the phnjoy platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the relevant payment provider. phnjoy recommends that all transactions be conducted in PHP to avoid conversion charges.

8.3 Unclaimed Balances

Account balances that remain dormant — meaning no login, deposit, or withdrawal activity — for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee, as permitted under applicable PAGCOR regulations. Players will be notified by email prior to any such fee being applied. Balances reduced to zero by administrative fees will result in account closure.

10.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where phnjoy reasonably determines that a player has engaged in any prohibited activity, it reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions: immediate account suspension or permanent closure; forfeiture of any funds held in the account derived from prohibited activity; recovery of any winnings, bonuses, or credits obtained through prohibited conduct; reporting of the player's conduct to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where required by law.

11 Intellectual Property

All content available on the phnjoy platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, text, graphics, logos, and audiovisual material — is the property of phnjoy or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the phnjoy platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any phnjoy content without the prior written consent of phnjoy. Unauthorised use of phnjoy intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, phnjoy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phnjoy platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

phnjoy's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phnjoy account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits phnjoy's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Philippine law.

13 Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

13.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and phnjoy arising from the use of the platform or these Terms & Conditions, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting phnjoy's customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. phnjoy will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

13.2 PAGCOR Escalation

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, phnjoy's regulatory authority, through PAGCOR's official player complaint channels. phnjoy is obligated to cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or mediation process.

13.3 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not otherwise resolved through the processes described in this Section.

14 Amendments to Terms

phnjoy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a notification displayed on the phnjoy platform dashboard. Your continued use of the phnjoy platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
